Scouts and Scouters! The date is set! The North Shore District Awards Celebration will be held on August 5th at Acts Church Leander beginning at 6:30 PM in the sanctuary. That means that deadlines are approaching.
Unit of the Year for each Scouting program, determined by input from each North Shore unit using the North Shore Excellence rubric, is due by the end of this month.
Nominations for Unit Leader of the Year (for each Scouting program), Silver Squirrel, and District Award of Merit as well as suggestions for District Hall of Fame are due by July 24th while Northern Star nominations will be accepted until August 2nd.
