Troop 161 went to River Ranch a Williamson County Park to Camp. This campout was loads of fun we went on a three-mile hike to the San Gabriel River there and back, and had a blast chilling in the cool water, catching frogs, and a crawdad. One thing I loved about this place was how well cleaned the bathrooms and showers were (for a camp). Also, the camping was close to Liberty Hill, George Town, and Leander only thirty minutes, 8/10 recommend for newer scouts looking for an easy and fun campout.
