The Council invited the top popcorn selling Cub Scout and Scout BSA to be part of the North Shore District Delegation for this year’s Report to State, where Scouts and Scouters from across Texas gathered on 2/8 to update state leadership on the community service provided and accomplishments realized by the Scouting movement over the past year.
This year, Alex R. from North Shore Troop 258 had the honor to say the Scout Oath and the Scout Law at the event.
