Troop 198 has a dedicated meeting space that only belongs to the scouts. In order to increase communication and put faces to new names Steven created a roster board. It was made using a canvas that some fleece fabric was glued to. Then cutouts of all the scouts and adult leaders in the troop were made, as well as ranks and positions within the troop. All the pictures are held onto the board using velcro pads that were attached to the back, this way as scouts gain rank and people change positions we can easily change them out without needing to reprint.
