In a joint effort, the Leander Public Art Commission & the City of Leander put on yet another great celebration of unity, diversity and community in honor of the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The Leander community enjoyed readings of essays, poetry, spoken word, the vendors, and performances from a great many cultures that makeup the city.  Troops 258 & 358 and Pack 170 were among them.  Led by Senior Patrol Leader Sophie M., Scouts Alexis O., Aasiyah S., Hudson M., James O., Alexander R., Nina R. and Rini P. opened the MLK Day events by serving as an Honor Guard and performing the flag ceremony. We are grateful to be part of this community and look forward to continually serving as Scouts and Scouters in BSA.
