The March Roundtable offers you timely topics on Life to Eagle and Creative Recruiting and Retention. Of course we also off offer our Monthly Cub program helps.

Recruiting & Retention of Scouts
Both sides of the coin. Bringing kids into your unit and keeping them engaged. We will talk about some new and proven ideas for recruiting and ways to keep them wanting more.

Scout Law (Helpful)
Helpful ceremonies, songs, skits, etc. to spice up your den and pack program. This month we’ll write our own Cubmaster Minute that you can take back to your units along with the knowledge and confidence you can use to build your own again and again.

Life to Eagle
& Boards of Review
Experienced Scouters will share what to expect on this journey aa well as how you can help your Scouts face and conquer the challenges along the way.

Diversity Cooking
A Scout is reverent and must observe the dietary restrictions of their faith. Your unit may also have members with medically required diets. Learn how to plan a campout menu that is respectful of the various dietary restrictions in your Pack. Troop, or Team.

Scout Law (Friendly)
Ceremonies, songs, skits, etc. to spice up your den and pack program relating to “A Scout is Friendly”. This month we’ll include custom content that you can take back to your units.

SPL / SM Conference
Join us for a very special event where Senior Patrol Leaders and their Adult Leaders come together to discuss Scouting in their unit. This is a chance for the Scouts to share success stories and challenges affecting their unit during this ongoing

Summer / Outdoor Activites
We will help your Pack earn the Summertime Pack Award with ideas and tips for a “boffo” summer program that maximizes the fun and gives every Scout the opportunity to participate and achieve.

Popcorn for Troops

Your Cub and Scouts BSA Roundtable teams invite you to our monthly Roundtable training on the second Thursday of each month. The North Shore District Key 3 will be in attendance to fill us in on the happenings of the North Shore District and the Capitol Area Council. Join one of our 3 breakout sessions for Cub Scout leaders and Scouts BSA leaders. There is something for everyone. We sincerely hope to see you there! We wish you health and happiness this year.
