Its out of this World! Pack 1720 Rocket Derby

On April 2, 2022, Pack 1720 held their 2nd Annual Rocket Derby in coordination with the Austin Area Rocketry Group (AARG). The event was held from 9 am to 1 pm at the AARG field in Rockdale Texas, with FAA clearance of the airspace up to 30,000 feet.The Scouts enjoyed launching rockets they built and competing for prizes for Highest Altitude, Fastest Speed, Closest to Target Altitude, Scouts’ Choice, and Cubmaster’s Choice.
