Friends of Scouting – Invest in Scouting
It pays for the Scouting program in Central Texas and it has nothing to due with the annual dues you pay. Friends of Scouting is the annual campaign conducted early each year to cover the costs of supporting Scouting here in our community. (Your national dues cover the national costs of the Boy Scouts of America.) Please be ready to show your support for Scouting in the next few months when a district volunteer speaks at your unit meeting. Don’t worry about bringing your check book — this year we’re simply asking parents and volunteers to make a pledge to be paid as is convenient. You can donate online here. If you donate online, please select North Shore District and type in your Pack or Troop unit number in the form.
