Arrow of Light is the highest award in Cub Scouting and it deserves recognition from your civic leaders. There are similar opportunities for recognition in all Scouting programs. What is even better is your civic leaders are willing, and ready, to provide recognition to your Scouts for occassions you deem appropriate.
