This event is designed to provide the opportunity for our troops to introduce themselves to Webelos Scout families as they get closer to crossing over to Scouts BSA.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, January 21 beginning at 7 PM on our Roundtable Zoom bridge. Breakout rooms will be provided for registered Scouts BSA to meet with interested Webelos and AOL families to share details about their unit leadership and their program. There will be 3 rotations of approximately 15 minutes each with the event closing near 8 pm.
For Scouts BSA Troop Registration
We would like to encourage you to attend because this will provide units an opportunity for recruitment. Please fill out the details in the google registration form if you are planning on attending.
For Cub Scout Leaders and Parents
We would like to encourage Cub Scout Webelos and AOL patrol leaders and parents to attend because this will provide you the opportunity to talk to different Scouts BSA troop leaders to learn more about their troop and their program. You are welcome to download and use our Troop Evaluation form.
This is a great opportunity for first year Webelos families to start those all-important connections with the troops in your area. If your AOL Scout hasn’t picked a troop yet, now is the time! And if you are a Scouts BSA unit, join us and put your best foot forward to attract new members to your Scouting family.
Cub Scout leaders and families should check back on Wednesday, January 13th at the NSD website homepage for an updated list of registered troops for you to choose from. We hope to see you there!
