From Council:

Whether you’re new or a “grizzled” veteran, chances are basic leader training didn’t answer all of your questions. Wouldn’t you love some help with these topics?

  • How can Camp Rangers help my unit at a council camp?
  • What new council STEM awards are available to my Scouts?
  • What’s the best way to help Scouts who learn differently?
  • How should we be tracking our unit’s finances?
  • Who can help me help Scouts who want to earn Eagle?
  • What logos should we be using now that we’re “Scouting America”?
  • HOW IN THE HECK DO WE MAKE SCOUTBOOK WORK?

Those topics and several more will be covered at a day-long program we call “University of Scouting” on Saturday, January 25. It happens at the Concordia University campus, 11400 Concordia University Drive, 78726.

  • Classes are offered hourly between 9am and 4pm
  • Attend any class you want and stay as long as you want

Registration is $20. You may also order a box lunch from Jason’s Deli for the event. Box lunches will not be available for purchase onsite, only via registrations made before January 17.
