Cub Scout Pack 1277 gave Halloween trick-or-treating a twist this year. Our scouts collected 147 pounds of canned goods that were donated to the Hill Country Community Ministries food pantry. While some of the food is for everyday meals, a good portion of canned goods are being used to make Thanksgiving meal packages. The ministry provides the holiday meal to approximately 500 families, so great job Scouts! Our pack is blessed!
