Pack 160’s Spring family campout took place 4/11-4/13 at beautiful Inks Lake State Park. We toured the nearby magnificent Longhorn Cavern on Saturday morning followed by exciting hiking, den learning, and skit preparations Saturday afternoon. After a delicious dinner, the pack congregated in the park’s scenic lakeside amphitheater for campfire. The scouts performed some memorable skits, sang, and devoured our s’mores inventory. We ended the night observing Jupiter (plus its moons) and the full moon with a telescope. Our group of over 50 participants had an awesome time!
