OA New Members Elections and OA Visits
All units with eligible scouts to schedule an election or even a troop visit with our elections team. Please click on Election Request at https://sites.google.com/site/oatonkawanorthshore.
Membership Dues
OA dues are collected annually and are based on membership level. Ordeal members are $20, Brotherhood and Vigil members are $15. Please make sure you are current on your dues. If you have questions, contact Heather Spencer.
How you can pay:
- Unit collects dues for all members. Bring a list of all members and a check or credit card for the total to the Fickett front desk or a Lodge event OR Bring a check with your list of all members to Roundtable/OA Chapter meeting on March 10. Checks should be payable to Tonkawa Lodge BSA.

Ceremony Team – Help Needed
The North Shore chapter is forming two ceremony teams to handle Brotherhood and Callout ceremonies at our upcoming Camporee. For scouts, if you are interested in participating, please contact the chapter on the Group Chat ASAP.
Chapter Meeting
All members are welcome at every chapter meeting. We meet every second Thursday, 7PM at Good News United Methodist Church in the Wesley Center. We hope to see you there.
Brotherhood Inductions
If you have been an Ordeal member for at least six months, you are eligible to complete your membership by participating in a Brotherhood Induction. The next available induction is at our North Shore Camporee. Please have your Unit Leader or OA Unit Representative know so they sign you up when they register for Camporee. Please bring $21 for your new sash. Brotherhood inductions are also held at the Spring and Fall Assemblies.
Take Me to Your Leader – Camporee Staff Opportunities
Calling all OA members who would like to plan and execute an out of this world Camporee. Our Chapter meetings will be used to prepare for the Alien Invasion arriving at the Spring Camporee. We will need at least 15 youth staff to serve our district. All current OA members are welcome to join us on Thursday, March 10 at 7:00 PM in the Wesley Center at Good News United Methodist Church.
