The time is drawing near for your oldest Scouts to earn Cub Scouting’s highest honor and cross the bridge into Scouts BSA. Let’s make this day as Special as they are.

As the year comes to a close we measure ourselves against the yardstick of proven quality units with Journey to Excellence. Join us for a discussion that takes JTE from a measure to a tool.

Den Chiefs in the Den
Den Chiefs provide youth leadership in a Cub Scout den while learning on the job. Are you ready for help from a Den Chief learn to be leader? Are you ready for your Cub Scouts to see youth leadership in action?

Outdoor Awards
Join us for this informative session on Scouts BSA outdoor awards. Riding, hiking, camping, aquatics, adventure, and conservation make for well-rounded outdoor fun.

Holiday Party and Scout Skills Contest
It is time for our traditional holiday party and white elephant gift exchange with the ever-popular Scout Skills contest making fire from a spark and more. We hope to see you all there. Bring a gift to exchange with fellow Scouters.

Preventing Leader Burnout
Many Scouters have a hard time saying “no”, even when they are already doing their share or more. We all need to recognize the signs of approaching burnout before it happens, to them or to ourselves.

is the new CAC STEM program, and it is out of this world. Join us and members of the Capitol Area Council STEM committee who designed this new program to learn all about it.

Building a Den
You started the year with a group of kids and the goal is to end the year with a den. Learn how to build a positive group identity, an experience your Scouts will carry with them for the rest of their lives.

Your Cub and Scouts BSA Roundtable teams invite you to our monthly Roundtable training on the second Thursday of each month. The North Shore District Key 3 will be in attendance to fill us in on the happenings of the North Shore District and the Capitol Area Council. Join one of our breakout sessions for Cub Scout leaders and Scouts BSA leaders. There is something for everyone. We sincerely hope to see you there! We wish you health and happiness this year.
