The Roundtable is looking for a unit to host the April 2024 Roundtable. You pick the topics and come get trained. Just let us know and we will help you make it happen. Contact the North Shore District Commissioner to volunteer or learn more about it. In the meantime, join us this month at Good News UMC for Preventing Leader Burnout, Building a Den, and a cross-over session on the Capitol Area Council’s new Cosmic Awards program.

Preventing Leader Burnout Many Scouters have a hard time saying “no”, even when they are already doing their share or more. We all need to recognize the signs of approaching burnout before it happens, to them or to ourselves. |

Building a Den You started the year with a group of kids and the goal is to end the year with a den. Learn how to build a positive group identity, an experience your Scouts will carry with them for the rest of their lives. |

Your Cub and Scouts BSA Roundtable teams invite you to our monthly Roundtable training on the second Thursday of each month. We will have pizza and bottled water to keep your tummy under control and your attention on the topics presented. The North Shore District Key 3 will be in attendance to fill us in on the happenings of the North Shore District and the Capitol Area Council. Join one of our breakout sessions for Cub Scout leaders and Scouts BSA leaders. There is something for everyone. We sincerely hope to see you there! We wish you health and happiness this year.
