Philmont is the premier training center for Scouting America and every year they offer a wide variety of conferences and training ranging from Commissioner Week to Woodbadge. The cost of each conference is different but most are between $415 and $430, Woodbadge courses are $700.
Meals are included but lodging is not. Philmont has a variety of lodging options from 2 bedroom cottages ($230/night) to lodge rooms ($100/night to $200/night) to tents (deluxe tent $130/night, standard tent $40/night). The Lodge and cottages sell out quickly. A standard tent is a canvas tent on a wood platform with 2 twin beds and electricity. All tents have a shared restroom and a shower facility similar to many campgrounds.
Philmont also offers family programs like Kids n’ Kin and Silverado Groups (Adults) designed to provide a fun and engaging program for kids and adults alike.
